Patient Participation Group

We have recently started a Patitent Participation Group to engage with the Surgery and be a forum to discuss how we might ensure that the services we provide will meet the needs of our patients.

If you are interested in joining this Group, please contact our Practice Manager, Jill Lewis on 01268 753591 for more information.

We are a member Practice of GP Healthcare Alliance Ltd, a federation of GP Practices across Castle Point and Rochford. As a member Practice, we are able to offer our patients appointments on Weekday Evenings (after 6.30pm) and during the day on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays at either of 2 local surgeries - Hawkesbury Road Surgery, Canvey, and Audley Mills Surgery, Rayleigh. You can book appointments either in advance by contacting us on 01268 753591, or by telephoning Hawkesbury Road on the day on 01268 682303 or Audley Mills on 01268 740501 (Appointments must be booked in advance as there is no facility to walk-in)

By March 2019 everyone in England will benefit from access to general practice appointments in the evenings and weekends at a time that is most convenient to them.
